Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
We are required to charge sales tax to residents living in New York (8.875%). Taxes are already included in the price.
For international orders, a customs duty will be incurred (the amount of which is determined by your country of residence). Bussant, LLC is not responsible for this duty.
We do not charge your card until your order is ready for shipment. Pending charges may immediately appear on your credit card statement as a mode of verifying your account. In the event that you cancel an order or an item becomes unavailable, the pending amount will disappear or be refunded accordingly.
(please note that the time for pending charge removal or adjustment can be longer for debit cards.)
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone. We never charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, and we do not bill you for items that are not available. A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. However, the amount will not be processed until the time of shipment; any pending amount will disappear shortly after order placement.

Shipping
All orders (domestic and international) are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Orders are never shipped on weekends or holidays.
USPS Ground Advantage Shipping is complimentary with orders over $300. Orders under $300 are shipped with an option of Priority Mail and/or Priority Mail Express. USPS Priority Mail Express for 1-3 day shipping ranges from $25-$101 for the Cozy Collection ONLY

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BUSSANT, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. For regular orders expect an email within 3-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!
For custom orders and commissions please expect 2-6 weeks for manufacturing and processing.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. For domestic and international orders, you can track your package at usps.com.Bussant is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as weather or national holidays. Similarly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier itself, such as clearance delays. in cases like these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about your package: usps.com
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to p.o. boxes or apo/fpo addresses.
In the case that usps is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Bussant is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Bussant is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. Please ensure to address and track your order correctly.

Returns, & Exchanges
Merchandise in original salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, e-mail activity.bussant@gmail.com and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Bussant is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We DO NOT accept returns on custom orders. Items can be exchanged for an item(s) of the same value.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at activity.bussant@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item—including belts, shoe boxes, eyewear cases, authenticity cards, and dust bags—must be included and returned in its original condition. Shoes that are returned with marked soles, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange.
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the us.
